1. Employer Moderation
Employers must publish accurate job titles, locations, and salary ranges. All job postings undergo Admin verification prior to public publishing.
2. Zero Placement Fee Policy
JobNet Soluations strictly prohibits charging candidates placement fees or illegal commission fees for employment application.
3. Data Governance & Privacy
Candidate contact information and CV uploads are encrypted and shared exclusively with verified recruiting employers for job placement matching.
